Click & Collect is one of the services we can offer to customers. You should wait until you receive a confirmation email or SMS before going into the warehouse. A description of how the collection process works will be included in this article.
- Order before noon, you may collect the parcel(s) on or before 5 pm AEDT. (Sydney Timezone)
- Order after noon, for next-day collection.
How does Click & Collect work?
- Choose your products online
- Add them to your cart
- Select Click & Collect as the delivery method at checkout
- You will receive a collection notification email or SMS – normally within 24 hours of placing an order
- Collect your order in store
- Make sure you bring your collection notification or photo ID
- Collect from our warehouse Admin office
Place your order before noon, and we will aim to make it ready to collect on or before 5 pm on the same day. If you place your order after noon, it will be ready for collection the next day.
Bear in mind that we can't guarantee orders are going to be ready to collect in just a couple of hours after purchase. We will aim to enable collection as soon as possible. Contacting us after placing a click-and-collect order will only slow the fulfillment process as we will have to redirect staff from fulfillment to answer questions.
Is there a minimum order requirement for click and collect?
Yes - click and collect is available for orders over $50.
Is Click & Collect a FREE service?
Yes – Click & Collect is FREE for all orders with a minimum purchase value of $50.
Is there an express Click & Collect?
Currently, we don't have an express click-and-collect option.
How long do you hold Click & Collect orders?
We hold Click & Collect orders for 7 calendar days until you receive your collection notification.
If you do not collect your order within 7 calendar days we cancel the items and refund the order back to the payment method used when placing your order.
Can someone collect my Click & Collect order for me?
Yes - family and friends can collect your order on your behalf. Just make sure they bring:
- A copy of the order collection notification
- A note signed by you, detailing who will be collecting the order on your behalf
- Their photo ID to match the approved name for a collection
Are all products available for Click & Collect?
Yes, all items are available for Click & Collect. Click & Collect will be shown as a delivery method on the product pages and at checkout for your selected items. Order total value must be $50+
Can I return an item to the store once I collect my order?
We don't normally recommend returns unless the item(s) is faulty or defective. Before returning your item(s) please contact our support team by submitting a ticket through our help center here. Our support team will help you solve the issue.

Where do I pick up my Click & Collect order?
From our warehouse Administration Office located in Dock 1, 496 Victoria Street, Wetherill Park, 2164. Opens Monday to Friday 8AM to 4PM AEST
Do you have a product display and can I order more products whilst I am in the warehouse picking up my order?
No! We do not have a product display and we don't have a sales team in the warehouse. Therefore, all orders must be placed in advance via one of our online sales channels.
What time can I collect my order from the store?
Please wait for your confirmation email or SMS before visiting the warehouse – normally sent within 24 hours of placing your order.
Our (Wetherill Park-NSW) warehouse is open Monday-Friday between 8 AM - 4 PM Sydney time zone. You can either select the appropriate option on your check-out or email us after your purchase (and before us having it shipped). Your item will be ready in the next 24 hours or as per same day click and collect cut-off time.
What do I need to bring to collect my Click & Collect order?
For Click & Collect, make sure you bring either
- Your photo ID
- Your order collection notification (on your phone is fine)
