- For the CRAFTY(+) to connect to the STORZ & BICKEL App, your smartphone has to support Bluetooth Low Energy. Android 6 and higher require location services to establish a BLE connection. For a smooth connection between the App and your CRAFTY(+), please make sure to enable location services in your smartphone's settings.
