- Submit a warranty claim request here and send us a video and picture of the issue as well as a picture of the device’s serial number in case there is one.
- Upon receiving the request, one of our agents will assess your request and coordinate any further information required to facilitate the claim with the manufacturer.
- You may need to return the item to our warehouse depending on the issue.
- We may either send you a new replacement part, or a new item or there may be occasions where technical instructions may suffice your difficulties. Though, the issue can really only be assessed if you provide a good video and information demonstrating the issue that needs to be solved.
- We will then liaise with the manufacturer for the replacement (if applicable)
- The manufacturer will more likely request to send the faulty/defective product back to them prior to replacing the item and provided you will cover the shipping fees and cost when returning the item.
- Please be advised that the shipping fees are incurred through the process of returning an item to us or sending a new item to you.
