- Create a customer account via Storz & Bickel website
- You must register your device in the Manufacturer’s portal by following the Device Registration procedure: Use this link for instructions
- You should submit a claim by Initiating an RMA through Storz & Bickel portal
- Upon Storz & Bickel's confirmation and approval. A replacement unit will be sent (Storz & Bickel will usually send the replacement, if not, however, please reach out to our support team by submitting a ticket thru our help center
- Please be advised that Storz & Bickel is located in Germany so there are time-zone differences
Note: Prior to requesting a claim please register all of your repair units with Storz & Bickel before sending them in. In order to do so, please follow the steps above.
