How To Process A Warranty Claim For Dr. Dabber?

1. Dr. Dabber offers a 1-year warranty on all batteries, chargers, and electrical components.
2. Dr. Dabber offers a 2-year warranty on their Switch unit. Glass, atomizers, nails, induction cups, CBD cartridges, and cosmetic issues are not covered under our warranty.
3. Please contact their Customer Service Department to open a warranty claim by emailing info@drdabber.com with the following:
   • Order number
   • Shipping address
   • Full name
   • Description of the issue.
   • Photo and Video demonstrating the issue.
   • Proof of purchase.

Note: Requests will generally receive a response within two business days.

Reminder:

• Dr. Dabber does not offer a warranty on purchases from eBay or Amazon.
• Dr. Dabber's warranty coverage is non-transferable and only applies to the original customer or gift recipient.
• Dr. Dabber does not cover international return postage for warranty claims and the buyer will be responsible for all associated costs.
• Switch main unit warranties are required to return the unit for repair.
• Any units replaced under warranty must be returned to Dr. Dabber for inspection and disposal. We recycle all returns in an earth-friendly manner.
• Unfortunately, Dr. Dabber no longer carries or covers the Aurora, OG Boost, & Boost Black units under our warranty.
