If you received an incorrect or wrong item, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your delivery. Provide your order details and specify the item(s) that were incorrect. We will evaluate the situation and provide a resolution which may include a replacement of the correct item or a refund.
We will issue a return label for you to send the item back and will either proceed to process a replacement or a refund based on your request. All Products not returned in accordance with the Return Procedures shall be sent back to you and no credit or refund will be issued.
