The everclear used during evaporation essentially turns into vapor in the air. This vapor is guided through the condenser and then cooled down. As the steam cools, it turns back into a liquid. It drips out of the condenser and can be collected in a separate container at the end of the condenser. The evaporated and collected ethanol is just as pure as before evaporation, making it reusable. The cannabinoids don't evaporate and remain in the NOIDS beaker, allowing the FECO to be separated from the everclear.
