To initiate a return, you must do so within 14 days of the product’s shipment date. Returned items must be unused and follow the return instructions provided by our customer service team at support@thegreenbox.net.au.

Unless the product is damaged or faulty, you are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Items that do not meet our return requirements will be sent back to you, and no refund or credit will be issued.
