How To Log-in Or Create An Account

1. In order to log in to your account be sure to go to our website http://thegreenbox.net.au
2. A Pop-up verification message will appear to confirm if you're at least 18 years old. If you are 18 years and above click “Yes” and “No” if you’re not.
   
   
3. From there, you will see the homepage of The Greenbox AU website. To proceed, click “My Account” at the top right-hand corner of the screen.

4. A pop-up bar will show that will allow you to “Log in”

5. fill in the information with your account credentials and click login.

6. You will be then routed to the main login page. Just simply put in your account email address and click continue.  This is a two-factor authentication only
7. After entering the login page, you will then ask to put in a code. The code is sent to your account email address. Put in the code and click continue.

8. Finally! You will be routed to your order history page where you will see your previous or recent order with us. You may be able to check and review your recent orders. But if you wish to go to The Green Box store kindly click on the top right-hand corner “Go to Store”

After you click “Go to Store” you will be redirected to The Green Box store homepage. Good job mate!

How To Create An Account

1. In order to set up an account be sure to go to our website http://thegreenbox.net.au
2. A Pop-up verification message will appear to confirm if you're at least 18 years old. If you are 18 years and above click “Yes” and “No” if you’re not.

3. From there, you will see the homepage of The Greenbox AU website. To proceed, click “My Account” at the top right-hand corner of the screen.

4. A pop-up bar will show that will allow you to “Log in”. Underneath that, you can see “Create your account” Click that to set up your account.

5. A new pop-up bar will appear. Kindly fill out the information and click “Create my account” 

6. Once you have successfully signed up, you will receive a confirmation email. Now, you can start browsing the store. Go to the search bar and search for the product you wish to order.

7. After you type the product name and click the search icon. The result(s) will come up.

***Reminder: Rolling papers and other rolling paper branded goods cannot have images displayed on our website due to Tobacco Advertising Prohibition Act 1992. As a result, product images for these items will only be displayed when the customer is logged in to their account and go into the product page, and rover over the mouse to display secondary images***

8. Simply hover over the images to see the actual picture of the product. From there, you can start to “Add to cart” or “Buy it now”.
