My Press Is Leaking Oil?

An oil leak happens, especially after an international journey. You may clean up the oil and try pressing some small amounts of herbs. Please see our Nugsmasher product manuals

Typically the only place it could leak from is the release valve if opened beyond half a turn or the release valve is removed.  How much oil have you noticed coming out? In some situations, it may have been overfilled and is simply from overflow which would stop. Are your press plates raising and building pressure?  Either way, we are here to help.

• If the release valve has been removed and significant oil has been lost to the point the plates will not raise and build pressure your machine will need fluid added to it. See the Oil fill video and please make sure the steel ball bearing that is inside the release valve is still in place and re-installed after fill.
