What Is The Order Processing Time?

• Orders placed before 12 pm are usually packaged and shipped on the same day or within the first 24hrs from order confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays in Sydney - NSW).
• Same day dispatch for orders placed before 12pm. Otherwise, it will go out in the next scheduled dispatch window. Likely in the next morning or afternoon. We aim to ship orders within 24 hours during business days.
• NOTE: In peak season or during a promotion it may take up to 3 business days to dispatch your order.
• Exceptions to the above will occur for bulk packages such as presses and other heavier items as they require special handling. These will generally take between 2-3 business days to leave our warehouse.
• Further exceptions may occur during peak season (Black Friday, Christmas, April 20th, and other seasonal sale periods)

Parcels have no guaranteed delivery timeframes by carriers. So, we urge you to plan ahead and place your order earlier if you wish to receive your package by a certain date.

For orders placed during an online sale, please allow 3 - 5 business days for your order to be dispatched (we work really hard we promise, we just get inundated).

Pre-Order and BACK ORDERS will usually follow the time advised within in the product page. These items are usually in high demand and we try to keep up with the demand. So, if the items is available for back-order, then you should place your order ASAP. The order will only ship when all items in the order are available for dispatch. So, if you wish to receive some items first, then you should place 2 separate orders.
