Every order dispatched by us will have an e-mail with tracking details sent to the customer. The only exception is when the customer has unsubscribed to not receive e-mail communications from us.
You are going to receive an e-mail with the subject “A shipment from order #nnnn is on the way”.
Then you can click on the Green Button “Track Order” to track it.
Remember to check your spam folder in your e-mail in the case it is not in your inbox after 3 business days from order confirmation.
